I'm Russ. I have cancer. I build AI tools.

Diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer in 2021. Incurable but manageable โ€” currently on indefinite chemotherapy. Almost 20 years in PR and communications. Made redundant in February 2026 while building a GEO tool. So I thought: fuck it, let's make something useful.

FC:AI started as a blog about living with cancer. Now it's a tools-first platform โ€” practical AI tools that I've built, tested on myself, and want to share with anyone who needs them.

I also run Known & Cited โ€” an AI brand intelligence service measuring how brands appear in LLM-generated answers. K&C revenue helps fund the time I spend on FC:AI.

Same person, different hats.

โš•๏ธ FC:AI does not offer medical advice. These are practical management and tracking tools. Your medical team handles the medicine.
